Took a trip west for a change of scene and a more rehab friendly high tide option.
Opted for the 95 freewave and 4.7 ego initially but that was short lived as wind dropped off. No messing, determined to sail so rigged the 5.7 ice and got on with it.
All a bit up and down but a bit like a easy camber day so pretty much what I needed on my road to recovery :-)
